Kellie has a dynamic background in interior design, residential construction and home furnishings that allows her to work with clients effectively and orderly to design their dream home. Her bold personality and love for the craft leads to some of the most thought out, functional and fun spaces. 

 

Starting at a young age she found her passion for creating an enjoyable home. Throughout her education at The Ohio State University, she worked alongside Columbus, Ohio Designer, Terri Coratola. Together with Terri, she helped lead the renovation of 2 major Columbus hotels, a restaurant, homes and other commercial spaces. After graduation, she went on to work with Trove Warehouse, a boutique furniture store in Columbus. There she helped manage their store floor set, assist customers with design needs and develop a great understanding of the home furnishings industry. 

 

When she finally made the jump and moved to California, she found herself far from LA, where she had planned to live, and instead wound up in Newport Beach working alongside Andrew Patterson and the team at Patterson Custom Homes. Kellie quickly worked her way up to the Director of Project Coordination where she was responsible for managing a team of coordinators and over seeing all of Patterson's projects from start to finish. Kellie’s understanding for construction and the communication needed for a successful build fully developed at her time with Patterson.

 

After mastering her building skills Kellie went on to work with the amazing team at Tru Studio. There she was able to dive back into her passion for design and immerse herself back in the industry.
